National Storage Affiliates Trust Announces Quarterly Dividends

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Storage Affiliates Trust (“NSA” or the "Company") (NYSE: NSA), announced that today its Board of Trustees declared regular cash dividends for the fourth quarter 2025 payable on December 31, 2025 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2025 on the following securities:

  • a dividend of $0.57 per common share, representing an annualized dividend rate of $2.28; and
  • a dividend of $0.375 per share on the Company’s 6.000% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares; and
  • a dividend of $0.375 per share on the Company’s 6.000% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.

NSA management is scheduled to participate in the upcoming Jefferies Real Estate Conference on November 17- 19, 2025 in Miami, Florida and the Nareit REITworld 2025 Annual Conference on December 8 - 11, 2025 in Dallas, Texas.
